"It just warms my heart to see Owen engaged in something he enjoys. And thank you for being so patient with him. I know he cannot be the easiest kid to connect with, which makes the fact that you seem to have stirred some kind of artistic urge in him even more remarkable.
I think I lost a few buttons on my shirt, because I’m so puffed up with pride!"
Thanks Again.

We offer S.T.E.M. technology for student's with disabilities! With parental consent, we can follow the academic and transition goals of the student's IEP while maintaining confidentiality. With the curriculum, we follow and practice the ideas of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), which offers and strives for diversity in learning.  We know that each student has individual interests and needs.

For high school students, we offer pre-employment skills that focus on various the STEM fields.  We will do job exploration that includes business visits, presentations, and informational interviews with STEM focused businesses. Initially, we will complete interest, skills, and personal profile assessments to gain knowledge of their career aspirations. In addition, we will help build executive functioning skills, employment social skills, and resume building.

Our staff is comprised of professional artists and led by Mr. Eric Duer, MEd (Special Education), CESP. He is a Transition and Employment Representative with Fairfax County Public Schools.  Our teaching philosophy is focused on the student's accomplishments and we establish and maintain a positive and fun environment where they succeed!
